Graduated in Environmental Science, I am now working as a PhD student in Centre d’Estudis Avançats de Blanes (CEAB-CSIC) and BiBio group.
The anthropogenic effect on biodiversity is one of my greatest interests. Working to better understand our participation as a society in the world we live in and how we affect the biodiversity that surrounds us is one of my motivations. Therefore, projects where citizen science is used, capable of providing information on the state of biodiversity over a long period of time, is a valuable approach.
I participate in the VANESSA project, on the effect of extensive livestock farming on butterfly populations in alpine ecosystems and the application of citizen science projects for this type of study.
